About Me - The Photographer

Thanks for taking this photographic journey. My name is Roschelle Nelson and this is my photoblog. About a month ago I decided to make a list of all the things in life I'd like to do but just haven't had or taken the opportunity.

Some might call it a bucket list. I call it transforming ideas, dreams, and goals that I've kept stored in my mind for so many years into reality.

One of those goals was to purchase a camera and try my hand at photography. I bought a Nikon D5000 and this is our story.

It's funny how actually putting thoughts on paper makes them seem more tangible...breathes life into your psyche. I've always had a fascination with pictures....mine, friends, family - even the photos of complete strangers.

Tiny moments in time captured forever - speaking to you....revealing a story...a life...a place...a journey.
